Paint your Own Piece (P.Y.O.P)

This fun, hands on painting workshop will give you the knowledge and hands on experience to restyle furniture. You bring your own small piece of furniture to paint (needs to be able to be carried by one person such as a small coffee table, chair, bedside cabinet or stool is ideal) and we provide instruction, Fusion Mineral Paint, and use of waxes, glaze, stain & finishing oil and high end furniture paint brushes to customize your piece from a selection of over 40 colors. With the class you will receive a pint of Fusion Mineral Paint ($26 value), a premium furniture paint brush ($20 value) PLUS a free 60 page full color DIY magazine ($9) - pick a color of your choice and take home the rest to "paint it beautiful" other home projects.  That's a total value of $55.

The first hour will be instructional - learning about prep, different paint techniques, two color distress, two color glazing and antiquing.  Following instruction, participants will paint on their own with the instructor on hand to guide through the paint process.   Projects will be completed to take how at the end of the session.    You have the day to complete as the shop closes at 5p... but we suspect you will be done much sooner than that.  Workshop is approximately 2 hours long.
